Totems, Tacos, & Tikis—-Follow Along With Bill & Mary Ann For 78 Days On The Zaandam—-9-2-26 To 11-19-26
Well, here we are once again, preparing for another adventure. It seems like we just got back from the grand world cruise in May, and here the summer is almost over. Keeping super busy with family, friends, house chores, and routine doctor appointments, the time flew by all too fast. Such is life.....
We are looking forward to 32 days in Alaska, followed by a short cruise down the California coast, a 7-day cruise in Mexico, then finally a 35- day sailing around Hawaii and French Polynesia - one of our most favorite destinations.
Also, we decided to make things simpler by shipping our luggage to Vancouver, then back home from San Diego. It was a bit pricey, but if it saves more wear-and-tear on our backs, it is well worth it. And we are using a company recommended by our travel agent, not the same one that does the grand voyages. We're keeping our fingers crossed that nothing gets lost like the two suitcases that never appeared a few years ago from a grand voyage.
